In our weekly feature we will look at all the Liverpool players who are out on loan both at home and abroad and report on how they got on at their new clubs.
Monday 30th August:
After his goal scoring exploits last week, Dutch defender Sepp Van Den Berg was named in the Championship team of the week.
Tuesday 31st August:
Transfer deadline day brought with it a further 4 loan deals as Rhys Williams joined Swansea City, Jake Cain joined Newport County, Sheyi Ojo left for Millwall and Luis Longstaff joined up with Queens Park.
Cain was thrown straight into the action as he lined up for Newports EFL Trophy game against Plymouth Argyle where he had one shot go just wide of the target, meanwhile Jakub Ojrzynski lined up for Caernarfon Town as they held Cymru Premier League champions Connahs Quay Nomads to a 1-1 draw.
Saturday 04th September:
Luis Longstaff made his debut for Queens Park in their Challenge cup game against Airdrie and came close to getting off the mark for his new club but his header was easily saved by Airdrie keeper Cantley, he was eventually subbed after 80 mins but overall an impressive debut.
Sunday 05th August:
After a couple of substitutes appearances, Anderson Arroyo made his first start for CD Mirandes in their Segunda Division win over Los Palmas, playing at right back.
