Tony Gallacher – Toronto FC
Tony Gallacher made his debut for Toronto FC against New York City (owned by City football group) where he was substituted after 60 minutes.
He made one clearance and had one block in the game with a match rating of 6.5 according to whoscored.
Morgan Boyes – Fleetwood Town
Another who made his debut this week as he started on the left side of a 3 man defence against Everton in the league cup were at the end of a 5-2 drubbing but quickly followed that up with his 1st league start against AFC Wimbeldon where he helped Fleetwood keep a clean sheet in a 1-0 win.
Adam Lewis – Amiens SC
Another defender who kept a clean sheet was Adam Lewis who also picked up his second yellow card of the season as Amiens drew with Pau 0-0.
He nearly setup a winner in the 90th minute after a cross from the left but Amiens attacker could only head it over, he has been on the Amiens main attacking threats from the left all season.
Sheyi Ojo – Cardiff City
Ojo came up against old Liverpool teammate Ovie Ejaria this weekend as Cardiff City fell to a 2-1 loss against Reading.
He was at fault for Reading’s 2nd goal after losing the ball in midfield Reading went on a counter attack to go 2-0 up.

Taiwo Awoniyi – Union Berlin
A third debutant this week as Awoniyi made his first start for Union Berlin against Borrusia Moenchengladbach, he lasted 60 minutes and had one shot on target all game, considering he only made the move last week it was not a bad start for the striker and is likely to have some company soon as Loris Karius edges closer to his loan move to Union.
