Former Liverpool u23 forward Bobby Duncan is hoping for a move back to the UK.
Report have emerged from @TheSecretScout_ that Brentford are currently working on a deal to sign Duncan.
In an ironic twist when Duncan left Liverpool the Reds turned to Brentford for a replacement signing Joe Hardy who has since went on to make his Liverpool debut in last seasons FA Cup.
Duncan left Liverpool last season due to lack of first team action and had hoped a move to Italy would prove to be more fruitful, however he spent his first season mostly playing with the academy.
Daniele Prade, the Fiorentina sporting director, said: “In his head, he wanted to play immediately with Fiorentina, “We are seeing what to do with him because playing in the ready-to-go first team is not easy.”
The forward has not played a game since December and recently split with his agent who manufactured the move away from Liverpool.
